Select Modular Homes, Inc. (Select), is a New Jersey state licensed builder/dealer and an authorized builder/dealer for Manorwood Homes Corporation, a manufacturer of modular homes in Pine Grove, PA, and a well known name in the modular home industry.

Select Modular Homes specializes in the sale of custom, single-family homes, and its customers are usually those that want the freedom to have a hand in the design and construction of their homes. Select offers a wide variety of homes from which to choose and has the ability to customize, design and add on to the plans for any model home. Plans range from 1,200 square foot to the very elegant 8,500 square foot home; each designed to meet its customer’s specific needs. Select’s contract services include various programs for its customers, ranging from delivery and set to full turnkey. Consistent with its strategy, Select has entered into the commercial market. Select’s commercial buildings are of a wide spectrum, ranging from gas stations to retail stores. Some of the most recent projects include Creation Academy Preschool, in Woolwich, New Jersey, Assumption Church Rectory in Berlin, New Jersey; offices and testing facilities for PSE&G, a utility company, in Winslow, New Jersey; and a pre-K and kindergarten school for the Camden Archdiocese in Atco, New Jersey.

Over the years, Select Modular Homes has been recognized with numerous awards of distinction for excellence in sales and marketing. Select has received the Regional Builder of the Year award in 1999 and 2001 through 2009, in the year 2000 and 2007, Select received the Builder of the Year award, one of the most prestigious awards in the modular industry. In 2005 Select Modular Homes received the Award for outstanding design concept.
